Jon is an experienced investor specializing in cashflows. A mathematics major in college, he has an extensive knowledge of numbers and how to make them work in the Real Estate Industry. Jon got his start in real estate investing by purchasing his own home and quickly discovering the profits to be made in rehabbing properties. He then purchased a fixer upper, completely renovated it, and sold it for a large profit. He now specializes in 2-4 unit buildings which can be quickly renovated and turned in to cash flow properties.
